Part-Time Facade Maintenance Technician
Location: Funchal, Portugal

We are in need of a reliable and skilled Part-Time Facade Maintenance Technician to join our team in Funchal. As a
- time technician, you will work 20-25 hours per week, making this an ideal position for students looking to gain experience and earn extra income. Your main responsibility will be to maintain the exterior facades of buildings, ensuring they are safe and aesthetically pleasing. This may include cleaning, painting, repairing cracks and other damage, and conducting regular inspections. You must have excellent attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work at heights. Training will be provided, but prior experience in façade maintenance or construction is preferred. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for building maintenance and who takes pride in their work.

Salary: $1700 per month (pro-rated based on hours worked)

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Attention to detail
- Prior experience in façade maintenance or construction preferred
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week

Duties:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades
- Clean facades using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Repair any cracks or damages found on facades
- Paint facades as needed
- Maintain records of all maintenance tasks performed
