We are looking for a Facilities Admin / Receptionist to join a dynamic multinational company based in Porto, providing outsourcing services to clients across various industries.

responsabilidades chave

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in Portuguese and English

Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are prepared and maintained

Support

- day facility operations, including supply management and service requests

Liaise with external providers (e. g. cleaning, maintenance) and assist with vendor coordination

Assist in managing
- related documentation and reports

Support basic administrative tasks for internal teams

competências

Previous experience in reception, administrative, or facility support roles

Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Office tools

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
