JOB:
FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Coordinate, supervise and oversee maintenance teams and the facilities technical equipment, setting priorities for action and ensuring the proper deployment of technical and human resources;

- Coordinateand oversee the management of stocks (fuel, maintenance, support equipment and materials), assuring their availability and supply, turnover and replacement, in order to avoid the depletion of minimum stocks and ensure the reduction of immobilization costs;

- Implement actions to optimize Terminal consumption of resources;

- Monitor and evaluate maintenance companies setting action standards (contract specifications) in order to ensure the best cost /quality service in the market;

- Support the Safety & Security Manager in the contact with the official entities (e. G. fire Brigade, police), assuring that operations comply with the established safety & security standards;

- Support the Safety & Security Manager in the assessment of fit out projects presented by the tenants;

- Prepare event reports (technical maintenance, interventions, repairs, energy consumption and machine registries) in order to examine the business’ progress, detect deviations and in the taking or suggesting corrective measures;

- Identify, select, propose the investment plan of the Terminals;

- Support the Safety & Security Manager in the berthing coordination.

- Protection Radiation Plan responsible.

- ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 responsible.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or similar Engineering

- ISO 9001 and 14001 knowledge

- Environmental, health and safety knowledge

- Solid technical knowledge

- Skilled in managing facilities, experience working with providers and contractors and guaranteeing their service standards

- Strong ability to coordinate teams

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power
Point)

- English speaking

ADDITONAL INFORMATION:

- Location - Office (5 days/week)

Salary Range:
28. 000€ to 32. 000€/year + health insurance + bonus eligibility
