Facility Managment Technician

We are currently looking for a new member for a Facility Managment Technician to join us on our offices in Maia.
Requirements:
• Profile with 1-4 years of experience and a degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial), Architecture, Operations Management, Occupational Health and Safety; or a professional technical course in a field relevant to the role;
• Previous experience in operational roles involving budget control;
• Strong focus on results and organization;
• Proactive in the ability to mobilize and interact with other people and teams;
• Problem-solving skills and initiative;
• Good communication skills;
• Curiosity and enthusiasm in seeking solutions;
• Good negotiation skills;
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and commitment to the results of the work performed;
• Attention to detail and customer focus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in MS Excel as a tool for data analysis, cost control charts, and reporting. Experience with measurement and design tools will be valued.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the preparation and management of action plans and budgets related to buildings;
• Monitor and manage utilities and service providers in areas such as maintenance, security, and cleaning, ensuring the coordination of activities and the fulfillment of objectives;
• Identify, report, and manage the resolution of operational problems;
• Participate in defining and implementing improvements to buildings and facilities, including negotiating with suppliers, analyzing proposals, monitoring interventions, and controlling costs;
• Support the implementation of safety, health, and environmental standards, ensuring compliance with legal requirements;
• Analyze and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Control building operating costs/budgets and prepare reports;
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and building users;
• Prepare reports and documents to support negotiations and decisions;
• Monitor
- functional initiatives promoted by Sonae Campus management aimed at employees, assisting with operational issues.
