Manage production planning to ensure alignment with company strategy and quality benchmarks

Oversee material availability, cost control, and resource allocation for optimal production

Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure proper functioning

Work closely with Marketing and Finance teams to align production with sales and organizational goals

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process optimization initiatives

Coordinate production schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of orders

Maintain accurate records of production KPIs, resources, and budgets

Lead production teams with strong leadership, organization, and
- solving skills

Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the production floor

Degree in Engineering, Management, or similar;



manufacturing experience;



strong ERP and Excel knowledge
