Muehlhan Wind Service is actively looking for Factory Blade Technicians to join the team! You will be based in one of the wind industries’ leading manufacturers’ factory locations and will be working on the latest blades. This is an amazing opportunity to get firsthand experience working on the newest and largest blades. Don’t miss this chance to step into a career that’s shaping the future of energy!

Location: Denmark/France/other European countries

Rotation: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off

Accommodation, Travel and PPE all provided by MWS

Responsibilities

• Work as a Factory Blade Technician on the latest wind turbine blades
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong background with composites in a blades factory setting
• Experience with fiberglass, and laminations
• Great knowledge on sanding/profiling of blades
• Familiar with different types of resins [epoxy, polyester]
• Good English level, minimum B1
