We’re currently recruiting experienced Maintenance Technicians for a highly automated production facility in the Netherlands. This is a

With more than 56 production lines
- site, the facility operates 24/7 using the latest in automation and robotics. The technical department plays a critical role in ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency and we're looking for technicians who are confident working independently and making quick, informed decisions on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and mechanical faults on production lines
• Work independently during shifts to ensure continuity in operations
• Communicate effectively with production and logistics teams about breakdowns and status updates
• Coordinate with suppliers when external support is required
• Support and execute preventive maintenance activities
• Contribute to ongoing improvements and technical optimization of equipment

What We’re Looking For

• A qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics (Level 6, 7, or 8)
• Minimum 2 years experience as a service, fault, or maintenance technician in a production environment
• Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting, conveyor systems, and automated machinery
• Comfortable working within a shift system (4 or 5 shifts)
• Strong
  - solving ability and ability to work independently
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Gross monthly salary between €3500 – €3900
