Data Analysis: Transform complex data into actionable insights, using statistical and analytical tools to identify business opportunities and support strategic

Data & Systems Management: Lead data cleaning, modeling, and visualization on platforms like Power BI;



Ensure the integrity and quality of data within sales systems by implementing and maintaining governance;

Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and deliver analytical projects, managing timelines and risks while collaborating with various teams to align business objectives and deliverables;

Continuous
Improvement: Optimize processes, automate reports, and promote the adoption of new digital tools to increase the efficiency of sales operations;

Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and other departments to understand their data needs and provide the necessary analytical suppor

skillset

Degree in Data Science, Economics or Management, Information Systems, or a related field;

Fluent in English and Portuguese, with a good level of Spanish (preferred);

Familiarity with
FMCG industry dynamics, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs);

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets;

Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools and MS Office Suite.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality;

Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to process improvement;

Strong communication skills to effectively assure change management and digital tools adoption by technical and
