Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be

• Guiding customers as a fashion mentor throughout their shopping experience
• Answering inquiries via phone, email, or social media with a calm and professional approach
• Supporting with questions related to products, orders, payment methods, and shipping
• Assisting with online transactions and troubleshooting as needed
• Managing calls from prospects and existing customers
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues

What’s in it for you?

• Type of contract: Yearly, renewable
• Working hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7 AM and 9 PM

Salary conditions – two options

• With free accommodation (shared apartment, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
• Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month

Relocation support for international candidates

• Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses

• Yearly return flight to your home country (within the EU)
• Help with administrative tasks such as paperwork and opening a bank account

• Native level of French and a good level of English

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and immerse in an international lifestyle
• Valid Portuguese work permit required
