Fashion Customer Advisor for PVH Corp - French Speaker - Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:
Delivering the best possible solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media
Providing support on products, orders, payments, and shipping while remaining professional and polite
Assisting prospects and clients with calls and ensuring smooth handling of inquiries
Redirecting cases to other departments when required
Contributing to an outstanding customer experience and representing iconic fashion brands
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Native level of French and good English skills
Passion for fashion, trends, and lifestyle brands
Strong communication skills with an attentive and
- oriented mindset
Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a
- paced environment
Enthusiastic about intercultural communication and international work experience
Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon
Valid Portuguese work permit required

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1040€ gross/month
Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
