Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent will include:

1. Providing the best answers and solutions to customer questions via phone, email, or social media.
2. Answering inquiries and troubleshooting regarding products, orders, payments, or shipping, always remaining calm and polite.
3. Handling calls from prospects and clients.
4. Collaborating with other departments and redirecting cases to the responsible teams.

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed:

1. Native level of German and good level of English.
2. Enthusiasm for fashion and trends.
3. Understanding the value of excellent customer experience.
4. Attentive listening and effective communication skills.
5. Energetic, innovative, and proactive work approach.
6. Interest in intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.
7. Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and hold a valid Portuguese work permit.

What’s in it for you?

3. Salary options:

• Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ – 1, 000€ gross/month.
• Excluding accommodation: 1, 300€ – 1, 400€ gross/month.
