Fashion Customer Advisor For PVH Corp (German Speaker)

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent will include:
- Providing excellent answers and solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
- Answering questions and troubleshooting regarding products, orders, payment methods, or shipping, maintaining professionalism and politeness.
- Transforming online credit simulations into completed files.
- Handling calls from prospects and clients.
- Collaborating with other departments to redirect cases and issues appropriately.
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed for success:
- Native level of German and good English skills.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and trends.

- Contract options: yearly or 6 months, renewable.

- time shifts on a rotating schedule. - Salary options: with free accommodation (€950-€1, 000 gross/month) or without (€1, 300-€1, 400 gross/month), based on experience.
