Your Responsibilities Act as a fashion mentor and guide customers during their shopping experience

Provide solutions via phone, email, or social media in a professional and friendly way

Answer inquiries about products, payments, orders, and shipping

Manage upgrades, rescheduling, and claims

Redirect cases to relevant departments when necessary

Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping journey

Your Profile Native-level French and good English skills

Enthusiastic about fashion and trends

Strong communication and active listening skills

Customer-oriented and attentive to detail

Living in Lisbon or willing to relocate

Valid Portuguese work permit required

What’s in It for You? Contract: 1-year renewable contract

Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, Monday–Sunday (07:00–21:00)

Salary package:

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1, 040€ gross/month

Without accommodation: 1, 240€ gross/month
