Key Responsibilities

• Perform market analysis to uncover consumer demands and industry movements;
• Partner with design teams to shape and enhance product ideas;
• Identify and manage suppliers and raw material sourcing;
• Oversee production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards;
• Plan and implement launch strategies for new product line;
• Track product performance and customer insights to guide future innovation.

Candidate Profile:

• Higher education in Marketing or a similar field;
• Solid background in fashion product management with a strong grasp of market trends;
• Outstanding communication skills and proven ability to lead and motivate large teams;
• Analytical mindset with a
