What will I be doing?

As a F&B Attendant (Empregado/a de Mesa), you will uphold the highest standards for food and beverage operations across our restaurants, bars, banquets, cafes, and room service. You will work with team members to deliver a
- quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations through tasks such as:

• Receiving orders and serving customer requests promptly, including roles as a barista or bartender if required
• Understanding menu content, updates, and promotional activities
• Keeping your service area clean, tidy, and
  - prepared
• Managing customer account settlements efficiently
• Answering guest queries politely and helpfully
