What will be your mission?

Join the F&B Team at Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort in Portugal as an Intern

As a F&B Kitchen Intern (M/F) , you will be responsible for trainig and collaborating with the hotel team in the Kitchen/Pastry team, from preparation to serving and conservation with the kitchen team, complying with internal standards and procedures in order to guarantee a quality and excellent service, exceeding customer expectations.

What will you do?

• Elaboration, conservation and organization of the
  -
  - place for each of the services, minimizing product losses.
• Guarantee the presentation, quantity and quality of each dish of the service, based on the established standards.
• Check and control the proper storage of products, monitoring age and condition of all food items to rotate and maintain highest quality (FIFO).
• Reception, conservation and organization of the products of your departure.
• Maintain? a clean, neat and
  - organized work area.
• Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.
• Awareness of departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team.
• Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines (HACCP).

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for F&B Kitchen Interns
• Vocational training on hospitality/F&B/kitchen.
• Fluency in local language and knowledge of English is highly valuable.
• Ability to work on his/her own and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Customer service oriented.
• Focus on detail.
