F&B Marketing Executive
Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the hotel's restaurants and bars, driving visibility, guest engagement, and revenue. Acts as the key link between the Marketing and F&B departments, ensuring that promotions, partnerships, and events are delivered in line with brand standards and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities
- Social Media & Digital Strategy: Develop and execute social media content strategies for all outlets, creating engaging content, and managing productions with freelancers/agencies. Oversee daily posting, brand voice, and engagement metrics. Review and approve content prepared by the intern/agency.
- Relationship Building & Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and local businesses and partners to amplify our presence in the market. Plan and execute events in collaboration with the Restaurant managers and F&B Director such as grand openings, food tastings, themed nights, special dates, and collaborations with other businesses to attract new customers and create memorable experiences for existing ones.
- Marketing Oversight: Lead the communication of promotional campaigns and themed events in collaboration with F&B management. Manage online presence across channels (website, Fork, Dig-In, Google, etc. ), ensuring consistency and accuracy. Supervise collateral creation, ensuring brand alignment.
- Outlet presence: Take part in outlets key business days/events (weekends) to oversee activations, capture content, and ensure brand experience is delivered.
- Collateral Management: Ensure all F&B collaterals, including menus, promotional materials, and digital assets, are copy edited and approved by F&B management. Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Reporting & Insights: Track and analyse marketing campaign performance. Report on social media metrics, ROI of campaigns, and online reviews. Provide insights to F&B and Marketing Director for future planning.
Health & safety
- Be aware of and comply with safe working practices as stipulated by the Health and Safety Act and as applicable to your place of work. This includes awareness of any specific hazards in the workplace.
- The wearing of appropriate protective clothing provided by or recommended by the Company is obligatory.
- Report any defects in the building, plant, or equipment according to hotel procedures.
- Ensure that any accidents involving staff, guests, or visitors are reported immediately in accordance with the correct procedures.
- Attend statutory Fire, Health & Safety training and be fully conversant with and abide by all related regulations and guidelines.
- As the hotel's level of business varies considerably, flexibility in attitude, approach, and working hours is required.

Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant or F&B marketing, social media management, or PR.
Skills & knowledge
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a
- paced environment. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media management, email marketing and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and branding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal.
