We are looking for

two motivated hospitality professionals

to join our team for a

9-month contract (March–November)

.

Our hotel operates from

March to November

, welcoming guests for

retreats, private events, and individual reservations

. The role is based primarily in the

Food & Beverage department

, where you will play a key part in ensuring excellent service and smooth daily operations.

During the

summer season (our busiest months)

, our team grows significantly, and you will take on the responsibility of being a

shift leader

, guiding and motivating your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide F&B service
  
  with a focus on quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate and support
  
  retreats, private events, and individual reservations
  
  .
• Lead and supervise a larger seasonal team during the summer, acting as a
  
  shift leader
  
  .
• Maintain high standards of efficiency, organization, and attention to detail.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum
  
  12 months of hospitality experience
• Strong
  
  teamwork and leadership abilities
  
  to manage diverse, multicultural teams
• Excellent
  
  communication skills
  
  to engage and connect with guests
• Fluency in English
  
  (spoken and written)
• Proactive mindset
  
  with strong
  - solving abilities
• Keen
  
  attention to detail
• Portuguese is a plus
  
  , and any additional languages are highly valued
• Driving license is a plus
