We are looking for highly motivated F&B trainees to join our team from March to September or June to November 2026. This is a seasonal position ideal for proactive,
- oriented hospitality professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  -
  - day operations in F&B service, bar, and guest relations.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience.
• Build strong connections with recurrent guests and foster lasting relationships.
• Provide presentations of our farm and hotel to new guests.
• Serve in the restaurant and support colleagues wherever needed.
• Identify tasks proactively and take initiative without being asked.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
• Confidence in speaking with guests and presenting our concept with enthusiasm.
• Flexibility to take on different tasks and help across departments when needed.
• A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
