Fee Payables Officer

We are looking for a Fee Payables Officer to join our team, responsible for the calculation, monitoring, reconciliation and payment of invoices related to different types of commissions. This role involves close interaction with multiple stakeholders and plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and control received invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Record and maintain invoice data in internal systems (Practice)
• Compare invoice details with contractual conditions, including fee and commission calculations
• Validate amounts and investigate discrepancies to identify root causes and propose appropriate solutions
• Liaise with relevant departments (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance and others) to resolve pending issues
• Process payments and related accounting entries, ensuring invoices are paid on time
• Monitor and control finance breaks and follow up when necessary

• Microsoft Excel – Expert
• Microsoft Word – Proficient
