We're looking for a Fees Payables Officer (Lisboa)

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for a Fees Payables Officer. This role is responsible for the calculation, validation, reconciliation, and payment of invoices related to various financial commissions.

Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

Verify and record incoming invoices

Calculate and validate commission fees based on contractual conditions

Investigate and resolve discrepancies

Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers

Execute payments and ensure timely processing

Perform financial and accounting break controls

Provide reporting to Front and Middle Office teams

Profile and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Banking Operations

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel and Word

Good communication skills

Language Requirement English – B2
