The Mobile Networks Radio Base Controller FEMTO stream includes experts, technical managers, and engineers who are committed to delivering new deployments, modernizations, network design, optimization, hardware configurations, technical management, acceptance testing, and troubleshooting of End-to-End FEMTO solutions across Europe.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Handle FEMTO
- business group projects that span across multiple areas. - Deploy End-to-End FEMTO solutions.
- Support the implementation of FEMTO trials and Proof of Concepts.
- Lead software upgrades and updates for FEMTO products, ensuring our solutions stay ahead of the curve.
- Be the technical interface for End-to-End FEMTO projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver
- impact solutions. - Lead customer acceptance for FEMTO solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- This role typically requires 5+ years of
- on experience in the FEMTO domain, with a proven ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and work in a
- paced, innovative environment. - Strong knowledge and practical experience with FEMTO Cloud technology (Smart
Node, COAM, CFCDM, CHDM, FGW) - Excellent analytical and
- solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in Internet Protocol routing (IP routes, netmask, VLAN, IP plan)
- Familiarity with working in a Linux environment.
