Field After Sales

We are a leading automotive importer looking for a highly skilled and qualified Technical Specialist to join our After-Sales Department . This role will be responsible for managing and supporting a network of dealerships and workshops across an assigned region, ensuring they meet brand standards, operational guidelines, and
- sales performance targets .
The selected candidate will act as the key link between the importer and the dealer network, conducting regular visits to assess service quality, customer satisfaction, and technical performance, while also providing
- site coaching and guidance when necessary.

Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in
- sales, service management, or dealership operations, preferably within the automotive sector is recommended.
Your Skills:
- Strong technical understanding of automotive repair processes, service quality, and customer care standards.
- Excellent communication and
- building skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams. - Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting performance data and defining corrective actions.
- Availability to travel regularly across the assigned region.
- Fluent level of Portuguese and English. Spanish as an
- on.
Your Role:
- Regularly visit dealerships and authorized workshops to monitor
- sales performance. - Ensure adherence to brand standards, service protocols, and customer care processes.
- Analyse
- sales KPIs, propose improvement actions, and support dealers in achieving performance targets. - Identify training needs and ensure teams are adequately skilled to meet technical and service requirements.
- Provide

- ground technical and operational support to help resolve escalated issues. - Assist in the implementation of brand campaigns, new processes, or tools across the network.
- Report regularly on dealer performance, operational risks, and key improvement actions to central management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to dealer
- sales managers, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
