Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in
- sales, service management, or dealership operations, preferably within the automotive sector
Your Skills
- Strong technical understanding of automotive repair processes, service quality, and customer care standards
- Excellent communication and
- building skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams - Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting performance data and defining corrective actions
- Availability to travel regularly across the assigned region
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage
Your Role
- Visit dealerships and authorized workshops regularly to monitor
- sales performance - Ensure adherence to brand standards, service protocols, and customer care processes
- Analyze
- sales KPIs, propose improvement actions, and support dealers in achieving performance targets - Identify training needs and ensure teams are skilled to meet technical and service requirements
- Provide

- ground technical and operational support to resolve escalated issues - Assist in implementing brand campaigns, new processes, or tools across the network
- Report on dealer performance, operational risks, and key improvement actions to management
