We are looking for a
Field Applications Specialist / Field Sales Representative
who is motivated to consolidate their career within a
leading in vitro diagnostics company
, which has experienced strong and sustainable growth over the last 15 years.

As an expert professional in your area, you will join our
Iberia Diagnostics Department
, supporting the
South region of Portugal (Lisboa and surrounding area)
, with focus on the
Coagulation Business Line
.

In this role you will:

• Manage
  
  - sales, sales and
  - sales service (applications support)
  for coagulation products in the assigned territory.
• Achieve product sales quota and ensure high levels of
  customer satisfaction
  with
  - sales service.
• Be accountable for reaching the
  sales budget
  in the assigned accounts/region, applying the OGP (OTC) processes.
• Support the commercial network in laboratory technology specialized in
  in vitro diagnostic (IVD) tests and procedures
  .
• Provide
  technical and laboratory support
  to customers.
• Conduct
  user demonstrations, installations, and training sessions
  for new and existing clients.
• Ensure continuous
  maintenance of sales activities
  and foster
  - term customer relationships.
• Contribute to
  increasing efficiency and effectiveness
  of the sales department by integrating OGP (OTC) processes.
• Apply knowledge of international business concepts such as
  FOB/BS
  when required.

What you need to be sucessful:

• University degree
  in Biosciences (or equivalent scientific field).
• 3+ years of experience
  in the coagulation field.
• Strong IT skills:
  MS Office, email, databases
  .
• Languages:
  Portuguese (native)
  and
  fluent English
  .
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide both technical and commercial support.
