Job Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Professional to join our Marketing Operations Team to support or lead processing and opportunity management. Working within a team of 3 Field Marketing Professionals, the team handles inbound leads for Unit4's software and services. Responsibilities include a wide range of Marketing Operations activities to support the Marketing Operations function at Unit4. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, experience in sales or marketing, and be digitally savvy.

A close collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales is essential to ensure smooth lead generation processes that meet business SLAs.

Reports To

• Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Data processing of leads and inquiries
• Opportunity creation
• Supporting Business Development and Sales teams in opportunity management
• Assisting the Marketing Operations Manager with reporting, operational programs, and data cleansing

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Sales
• Relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet targets
• Digitally savvy
• Persistent and resilient attitude
• Experience with Dynamics, Marketo, and 6sense is desirable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management
