We have around 10, 000 salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development.

About The Role

Launch your career in sales with a dynamic internship at Reckitt! This is not your average sales role; it's a springboard into understanding the
- paced world of sales from the inside out. As an intern in our sales organization, you'll learn about analysis, 4P strategy, and customer engagement. You'll gain
- on experience across diverse brands and play a supportive role in driving our business objectives.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct visits to the stores of the modern channel with the objective of strengthening the presence/distribution of our products at the point of sale;
• Ensure the execution of the recommended Planograms;
• Implementation of
  -
  - sale (POS) materials and replacement of items in store;
• Monitoring and coordination of the main KPIs of the stores in your area Nielsen;
• Direct negotiation for second placement reinforcement (extra central activity) in store;
• Presentation of the launches and innovations of the brands, promoting their visibility, making and reporting daily visits;
• Report on the results of campaigns, the performance of each store, and the activities of the competition

The experience we're looking for

• Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field, eager to forge a path in sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team and clients.
• An analytical approach with a talent for interpreting data and market insights.
• Resilience and adaptability within a vibrant sales environment.
• Organized,
  - oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
