What you will do:
- Manage designated pipeline and make outbound calls.
- Negotiate terms, including rates and margins, and close new business.
- Position our distribution platform and value proposition consultatively.
- Engage with prospective customers according to their needs.
- Overcome objections and identify solutions to roadblocks.
- Represent our brand and platform professionally.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales operations, support, and account management teams.
- Demonstrate determination and resilience.
- Engage with destination marketing organizations and trade groups to attract customers.
- Travel for trade events, regional engagements, and internal meetings as needed.
Who you are:
- 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in an online company.
- Native Portuguese speaker with good English skills.
- Experience in restaurant or F&B distribution to HORECA/hospitality industry, especially outbound sales activities.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of contracting new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and relevant local languages.
- Results-driven with a hunter mentality.
- Self-starter capable of working independently.
- Confident, energetic, flexible, organized, and adaptable to a
- paced environment.
