About the Role

• Location: Faro or Lisbon
• Seniority Level: Mid-Senior

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front: proactively sell Sum
  Up’s POS and card readers in the field, building deep market understanding
• Build and lead: recruit, onboard, and coach 10–15
  - employed,
  - based Field Sales Representatives
• Scale with impact: launch and grow presence across multiple cities and territories
• Drive performance: set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve sales conversion and team output
• Act as a founder: represent the brand locally, collaborate closely with HQ, and deliver strategic insights

Qualifications

• Strong track record in field sales and direct selling
• Experience building and managing freelance or
  - based sales teams
• Entrepreneurial, driven and thrives in
  - paced environments
• Deep understanding of small business needs and local markets
• Performance-oriented with a track record of achieving ambitious targets
• Comfortable with CRM and sales tools to drive data‑informed decisions
