Field Service Engineer - Lisbon

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years.

As an expert professional in your area, you will be joining our Technical Services Department supporting the assigned region (Lisbon). You will be responsible of ensuring and maximizing the customer satisfaction with Sysmex product lines.

• Ensureexceptionalcustomersupportforallsysmexproductsandsolutionsinyourassignedgeographicalarea.
• Attendcustomervisitstoperformcorrectiveinterventions, ensuringthereliableperformanceofourinstalledbase.
• Executeinstallations, managewarrantyservices, andcarryoutpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenance.
• Reportbackonfieldqualityissues, contributingtocontinuousimprovementandproductreliability.
• Monitorandmaintaintheperformanceandaccuracyofinstallations, detectingandsolvingsystemerrorsefficiently.
• Keepphysiciansandlabpersonnelinformedaboutpropersystemoperation, ensuringhigh-qualitydiagnostics.
• Deliverbasictechnicaltrainingtouserspost-installation, enablingsmoothonboardingandconfidentusage.
• Provideon-sitesupporttoSalesand
  Marketingteamsduringcongresses, workshopsandproductdemonstrations.
• Collaboratewith
  Salestomaximizecustomersatisfactionandoptimizecommercialresultsinyourterritory.

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering or
  Biosciences
• Advanced Certificate in electronics and/or equivalent industry experience
• Nativelevelof
  Portugueseandfluentin
  English
• Technical electronic equipment background, between 3-5years ofexperience managing technical teams (IVD industry)
• Knowledge as a user of PC tools and software applications
• Capableofworkingindependentlyandtoweorkunderstressesituations
