Your tasks :

• Take over the installation of new plants, maintenance, servicing, and repair of Mühlbauer production machines at our customers' sites.
• Travel worldwide for short to
  - term service trips within our product portfolio.
• Create service reports and customer documentation.
• Provide customer consulting and conduct
  - site customer training.
• Monitor external maintenance teams, analyze malfunctions, and perform troubleshooting.

Your profile :

• Completed technical education in electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, or a similar field (m/f/d).
• Experience and enthusiasm for working in an industrial environment, capable of inspiring customers.
• Strong technical understanding and mechanical skills.
• Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machines.
• Willingness to travel worldwide; initial location would be Lisbon, Portugal.
• High target and solution orientation.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Portuguese; German skills are desirable.
• Assertiveness and a strong capacity for teamwork.
• Driver's license class B.
