Role Description
This is a
- time, on customer's site role for a Field Service Engineer, based from Lisboa or Porto. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing technical support and troubleshooting for large format printing machines. Job responsibilities include preventive maintenance, providing field service to clients, and ensuring equipment functionality and efficiency. Additionally, the role involves direct interaction with customers to address and resolve issues in Portugal and abroad.
Qualifications
- Field Service and Technical Support skills
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent
- solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with large format printing equipment is a plus
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field
- Good and comprehensive english is a must, Spanish is a plus
- Have a good approach and empathy with customers
- Whiling to travel the world
- A very good and motivated attitude to make part of an awesome team
