What To Expect

As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Renewable Energy Storage products and Superchargers operate at their best. Your daily responsibilities will include traveling to sites for preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning activities across various locations within Portugal. What You'll Do

1. Perform all
   - site technical activities related to the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of our Energy Storage network in Portugal.
2. Troubleshoot and perform
   - cause analysis, both remotely and
   - site.
3. Manage stakeholder relationships: act as the first point of contact for contractors.
4. Prevent recurring issues and provide feedback to engineering teams.
5. Organize and plan your technical activities effectively.

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field.
• Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems; High Voltage experience is a plus.
• A passion for renewable energy.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, motivated, and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility regarding travel.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English.
• An EU passport or valid work permit.
