We are recruiting 1 Application Production Support for Cash Equities Execution APS

Main Tasks

- Support and monitor the cash equities execution platform to ensure stability and optimal performance

- Build and enhance monitoring to prevent and quickly resolve issues.

- Deploy production changes with precision ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining the integrity of the platform.

- Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements.

- Manage incident including detailed analysis and reporting to maintain high service levels.

Technical Skills:

- Core Unix/Linux skills

- Knowledge of network technologies and protocols – specifically TCP and UDP

- Basic scripting skills (Unix/Linux shell, Python, Perl for scripting, any other programming language, e. G. C, C++, Java)

- Basic SQL knowledge

- Application support experience (for more senior profiles)

- SLog management: Splunk, ELK, Gray log, Loki

- Network monitoring: Corvil

- Databases: Oracle, Postgre
SQL, My
SQL/Maria DB, KDB/q

- Messaging: Tibco, Solace, IBM MQ, LBM, Kafka

- Observability and monitoring: ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana.
