We are looking for a Field Support Technician to join our internal team based in Porto.

Your responsibilities include:

• Experience with ITSM tools;
• Managing escalations and multiple stakeholders;
• Knowledge of IT environments: Windows, Unix/Linux;
• User and workstation support;
• Knowledge of AD, GPO, O365, Exchange, Firewall, VPN;
• Software updates, installations, and
  - level configurations for Windows, Linux, and Mac
  OS;
• Understanding of structured networks and TCP/IP.

You must have:

• Educational background in IT (preferred at the 12th-grade level);
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles;
• Knowledge of network support in IT;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and resilience;
• Fluency in English (support provided in English).
