Right now, we are looking for a Field Technician to integrate our internal team.

Responsibilities

• Field Technician with professional experience in installing, configuring and supporting Retail Clients (Laptops & POS, Pinpads and printers)
• Provide onsite support to customers
• Implementation and deployment of equipment in the field
• Troubleshooting

Qualifications

• 12th grade certificate, Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Minimum experience of 2 years as a Field Support Technician
• Minimum 2 years field service experience working onsite with customers (Decisive factor)
• Available for 24/7 prevention if needed
• High sense of responsibility and autonomy
• Availability to travel within Portugal
