Field Technician - Lisboa

Minimum Requirements:

Academic qualifications at 12th grade level;
Professional experience of more than 2 years in a Field Support role;
Proven experience in hardware repair with replacement equipment and/or
- site repair parts;
Professional experience in analysing and diagnosing Windows operating systems and Microsoft tools;
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems;
Ability to triage and resolve IP network problems using IP commands;
Knowledge of configuring network equipment and sharing network printing equipment using Microsoft environments;
Knowledge of configuring access to Folders/Files and Security options;
Good knowledge of English will be valued;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities;
Dynamism and proactivity.
