Right now, we are looking for a Field Technician to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

• Installing, configuring and supporting Desktop & Laptops and respective software;
• Ensure onsite support to our customers;
• Implementation and deploy of equipments in the field;
• Troubleshooting.

You must have:

• 12th grade certificate, or a Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum experience of 2 years as a Field Support Technician;
• Minimum 2 years field service experience working in customers onsite (Decisive factor);
• Experience in Servers and Storage (Decisive factor);
• Fluent in English;
• Available for 24/7 Prevention if needed;
• Availability to travel within Portugal.
