Responsibilities

• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards;
• Review of financial and regulatory reports;
• Support the implementation of key regulatory requirements and guidelines applicable to the banking sector;
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members;
• Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships;
• Assist in the continuous improvement of reporting processes and internal controls.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or similar fields;
• Up to 4–5 years of experience in banking accounting, or regulatory reporting;
• Solid understanding of the banking industry, including products, operations, and regulatory environment;
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks applicable to banks and financial institutions;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a
  - oriented environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
