We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Team Leader to oversee a multidisciplinary team within a global shared services environment. The role involves leading professionals across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (AR/O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance throughout all financial operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of finance professionals.
- Foster collaboration, capability building and consistent delivery across all workstreams.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching and performance oversight.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards and audit requirements.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closing cycles.

- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation and standardisation.
- Promote best practices, operational excellence and cross‑functional alignment.
- Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Communicate regularly with internal partners and senior stakeholders.
- Work with HR, training and quality teams to strengthen capabilities.
- Act as deputy for the Finance Operations Manager when required.
Profile & Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Extensive experience in Finance & Accounting, ideally in shared services or corporate environments.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong understanding of multi‑country and multi‑currency operations.
- Deep knowledge of AP, AR/O2C, R2R and GL processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar) and advanced Excel or BI tools.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Leadership mindset with a focus on collaboration, quality and continuous improvement.

Working Conditions
- Monday to Friday, daytime schedule.
