Overview
Finance & Accounting Team Leader with English at Concentrix — we are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting (F&A) Team Leader to manage and oversee daily operations within our Shared Services Centre / Finance function. This role involves leading a team of finance professionals primarily across Accounts Receivable (AR/O2C), Accounts Payable (AP), and/or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The Team Leader will also drive process improvements, people development, and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders. The role includes functional and managerial responsibilities, with active involvement in operational tasks related to O2C, AP and/or R2R processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead, perform, supervise, and mentor a team of F&A specialists, ensuring daily tasks are delivered within agreed SLAs/KPIs.

- end F&A operations including AR/O2C, AP, and/or R2R and General Ledger activities (depending on team assignment). - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing, payments, collections, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
- Manage escalations, resolve complex queries, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on team performance against defined KPIs and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS / local GAAP, SOX, audit, and company policies.

- Partner with HR/Training to develop team skills and support career progression.
- Act as deputy to the Finance Operations Manager when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Master’s degree (MBA / CA / CMA) preferred.
- 5-7 years of F&A experience in SSC/GBS or corporate finance.
- At least 2–3 years in a team leader/supervisory role.
- Experience with

- currency operations is an advantage. - In-depth knowledge of F&A processes (AP, AR, R2R, GL) in a Shared Services/GBS environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net
Suite, Workday, or similar). - Advanced MS Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English
