Finance & Admin Assistant (m/f) – Aveiro
Our client is a Portuguese
- up growing internationally in the Healthtech sector. They are looking to strengthen their team with the addition of an Finance & Admin Assistant for their offices in Aveiro (Ílhavo).
Descrição da Função:
● Process work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, account
payments, and payroll.
● Assist the financial management team with control processes, budget planning, audit
reports and expense analysis.
● Maintain a digital and physical record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
● Assure daily financial and administrative tasks with the management team.
● Maintain an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies, and updating inventory.
● Compiling financial data to prepare monthly reports.
● Prepare presentations and documents
● Manage travel arrangements.
Job Requirements:
- BSc degree in Finance, business administration, or a similar field (must have);
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in similar roles (must have);
- Experience in a
- up environment (nice to have);
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – especially Excel;
- Fluency in English (must have);
- Strong organisational, time management and responsibility skills;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Strong sense of commitment and organisational involvement.
