We are looking for a Finance & Operations Consultant to transform our product finance and billing operations into a fully automated, scalable system. This role will focus on streamlining our
-
- end invoicing, payment tracking, and license management processes from multiple jurisdictions. Help us scale product operations and set the foundation for future AI-powered processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current product finance, invoicing, onboarding and reporting workflows to identify gaps.

• Design and implement an automated system that:
  • Generates invoices from contract data or automated
    - up flows.
  • Sends invoices on a set cadence and tracks payments in real time.
  • Accounts for appropriate Sales tax and GST depending on client location
  • Set up payment options in fiat and crypto.
  • Integrate with Quick
    Books, Crypto accounting tools and support seamless reconciliation.
  • Set up automated communication with customers (E. g payment links, reminders, …)
  • Provide dashboards showing MRR, churn, licenses volume, new clients, issues and cashflow.
  • Establish a framework for future AI agent integration.
  • Provide an overview of all active product engagements.
• Support minimal, effective tool selection to maintain lean operations.
• Ensure scalability of the solution to support new products.
• Build
  - tracking dashboards to monitor cloud, infra, T&M spend by product.

Requirements:

• English - upper intermediate.
• Proven experience in process automation, business process manager or similar roles.
• Experience in setting up financial processes and workflows.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, Saa
  S billing systems.
• Experience with automation tools, integration platforms, and modern dashboarding solutions (e. g. , Zapier, Make, Retool, Metabase, or
  - built systems).
• Experience with Quick
  Books and payment processors like Stripe, Paddle, or similar.
• Exceptional analytical, and communication skills
