• Monthly
  - up of the full Portugal headcount evolution and calculation of HR KPIs (Turnover)
• Quarterly consolidation of HR data and preparation of the quarterly dashboard
• Run a report with the office presence based on Time Attendance records
• Update HR systems regarding Departments and Employees´ Departments
• Compare leavers in the different HR systems
• Run the Time Attendance metrics report to feed data visualization tools
• Monthly extraction from HR systems for the Global Headcount
• Use HR systems to update the Business line heads in employee´s Time Attendance tool Hierarchy
• Play a direct role in designing and developing reporting tools that are then deployed across the organization
• Constantly seek to introduce process improvements throughout the reporting process
• Determine specifications and standards for business reporting
• Coordinate all actions and projects aiming at maintaining data quality integrity
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor's degree in Management, economics or similar
• Good level in English
• Excel knowledge
