The Ando Living Group is an innovative group comprising three

Stay and Ando Living. We are seeking a Finance Administrative Assistant to join our Finance team on a temporary 6-month contract. The role is primarily administrative, focusing on invoicing, document handling and submission, and ensuring deadlines are met. The successful candidate will also collaborate with other departments such as IT and Operations to support smooth processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
- Handle and submit required documents to the relevant authorities within deadlines.
- Support the monitoring of payments and collections.
- Keep records updated in systems such as Invoice
Xpress, PHC, and the local PMS. - Provide general administrative support to the Finance department.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and other teams when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in invoicing, preferably using Invoice
Xpress, PHC, or similar systems. - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow processes.
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
- Team player with good communication skills.
