Join our new Finance team in Lisbon! Administrative Back Office Manager is setting up a new team from scratch in Lisbon and is looking for two Finance Administrative Officers to support the daily operations of our international finance function.
? The team You will join a team of 7 people : the manager, 2 HR administrative officers, 2 Finance administrative officers and 2 Procurement administrative officers. In 2026 team will grow to 9 people.
? ? Your Responsibilities
- Administration support: invoice processing, payments
- up and billing account reconciliations - Updating Market Data inventory and costs: contracts, suppliers, users, Market Data items…
- As part of Business consolidation, industrialization of production processes (validation workflow, contract summary, adoption of the purchasing platform…)
- Market Data Usage Declarations
- Maintaining data and controlling information accuracy into the ERP system
- Prepare weekly time entries reports and handle related adjustments
- Continuous improvement: adjusting ERP settings when needed, supporting new system implementations, and suggesting process improvements.
