What the job looks like:
Ensure the correct, complete, chronological and orderly record of all GL accounting transactions as well as execution of demanding tasks in the area of reporting at Corporate Hu

- Examination of closing entries and items
 - Responsible counterpart for Business Partners in defined countries and legal entities
 - Ensure that closing activities and reports are completed based on global deadlines
 - Responsible for monthly, quarterly and
- end closing activities including support of group reporting - Professional handling and alignment of special issues in the field of general ledger accounting and
- hoc reports - Responsible of FA accounting in defined entities
 - Reconciliation of Intercompany, reconciliation of balance sheet and Pn
L accounts - Review journal entries, reports and reconciliations to warrant compliance with external reporting and tax requirements and deliver quality service to the territories
 - SPOC for local auditors of defined entities and internal control activities
 - Contribute to continuous process improvement and DTPs ownership
 - Meet service level agreements and performance targets related to the R2R processes
 
What you'll bring to the table:
- Accounting or Finance degree or equivalent work experience
 - Experience in strong accounting background and General Ledger knowledge
 - 1 year of SAP experience, Smart close experience is a plus.
 - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
 - It will be valuable the certification as “Certified Finance Accountant” and HGB – Experience
 - Good analytical skills
 - Team player
 - Quality- and
- oriented - Highly motivated and flexible
 - End-to-end-process knowledge on R2R
