We’re hiring a
- time Finance Analyst to join our growing team at Evolve Consultancy Group, a boutique CFO advisory firm working with ecommerce and
- based businesses.

This is a hybrid role for someone who can confidently handle both the technical side of accounting and the strategic side of financial modeling. You’ll be
- on with client onboarding, chart of accounts setups, reporting and accounting work, while also helping build budgets, forecasts and bespoke analysis that support
- making.

About the Role:

You’ll be working closely with the founder and CFO to support a portfolio of creative,
- moving clients across Australia and Europe.

Key responsibilities include:

• Senior accounting support for clean up projects.
• Liaise with client bookkeepers and internal finance teams to ensure the accuracy of accounts.
• Project Management for client engagements
• Preparing monthly management reports
• Building and maintaining budgets and forecasts including cash flows
• Supporting
  - based businesses with margin, cost and other analysis
• Creating and documenting financial processes for scale.
• Assisting with strategic projects like pricing rise, funding or expansion

What We’re Looking For:

• Based in Portugal (Lisbon preferred, remote work but
  - person from time to time)
• Fluent in English with strong written communication
• Comfortable working across time zones (Australia and Europe)
• Advanced experience with Xero and Excel/Google Sheets modeling
• Confident managing
  - facing finance work with autonomy
• Previous experience in ecommerce or
  - based businesses is a must
