What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree
  
  in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Fluent French (C2), German
  
  (C2)
  
  or Dutch (C2)
  
  and
  
  Advanced English (C1)
• Minimum 1 year of experience
  
  in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Operations
• Solid understanding of
  
  accounting & finance principles
• Good analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  
  (V-LOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Experience with
  
  ERP systems
  
  (SAP, Oracle, or Net
  Suite) is a plus
• Detail-oriented, multitasker with a
  
  customer service mindset
• (Nice to have: 2–5 years of experience in AR/O2C/Finance Ops)
