Finance and Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant who is eager to learn and passionate about simplifying administrative processes. This person should be highly methodical, organized, and always striving to improve and do better. In addition to handling some operational tasks, the person we’re looking for will provide support to both our Finance and HR departments.
Responsibilities
- Post, classify, organize, and record invoices
- Validate documentation for bank reconciliations
- Support the invoicing process
- Allocate invoices to different cost centers
- Prepare documents for payroll processing
- Organize, manage, and control related documents
- Analyze working hours of the group’s employees
- Review account statements, communicate with suppliers, follow up on client payments, and maintain a digital filing system
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Minimum education: high school diploma, preferably with a technical course in administration, management, or accounting
- Fluency in English (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
